Abreu Dissertation Defense

Sofía Abreu will be discussing her dissertation, titled Re-membering Mathematics: A Site of Healing on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 9:00 am. This defense's format will be an exhibit with conversations rather than a presentation. The exhibit will be in the 360 room in the Main Library which is on the second floor (room 201) and also on zoom: https://msu.zoom.us/j/92896854320 . The passcode is in the email from Amanda, sent April 18th.

Higinio Dominguez is the Guidance Committee Chairperson and Dissertation Director. Other committee members include Beth Herbel-Eisenmann, Ryan Claytor, Sandro Barros, Alex Allweiss, and Shiv Karunakaran.
