The Law College Building is located on Shaw Lane in the eastern half of the MSU campus (south of Grand River Avenue; east of Farm Lane; and west of Bogue Street).

TRAFFIC UPDATE: South Shaw Lane between Red Cedar Road and Farm Lane will be CLOSED on Saturday, March 23 from 6 am to 3 pm to replace equipment in the Engineering Building. Detours will be in place to redirect traffic. See flyer on road closure.

The main entrance to the Law Building is facing North Shaw Lane. The elevators will be to your right off the main lobby. (Law Library is on the left.) Exit the elevator at the third floor and follow the signs to Room 343, the Castle Board Room.

The Summit will begin at 8:00 am with registration and a light breakfast and end at 4:30 pm. Lunch will be provided.

Parking

Since the event is on Saturday, free parking is available at the parking ramp that is adjacent to the Law College. Additional parking is available at the Wharton Center for Performing Arts, which is a three-to-five minute walk from the Law College.  Campus Map and Driving Directions

Transportation

You can reach East Lansing via plane, train (Amtrak) or bus (Greyhound and Indian Trails). The conference location is approximately 1.5 miles from the train and bus station.

Accommodations

There are several lodging options that are minutes from campus. We recommend the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, East Lansing Marriott at University Place, The Candlewood Suites, and the Wild Goose Inn (Bed and Breakfast).

There are no blocks of rooms reserved for attendees of the Mathematics and Statistics Associations Summit.

Please note that you will need to find your own transportation to and from the hotel and The Law Building.
