Four PRIME Students Recognized with Dr. Marilyn Zweng Endowed Graduate Student Award in Mathematics Education

Dr. Anne Cawley, Associate Professor at Cal Poly Pomona, will be giving a math ed talk on Monday, October 7th at 1 pm in C109 Wells.

The Program in Mathematics Education (PRIME) is delighted to welcome new mathematics education faculty member Matthew Voigt.

Several MSU math ed faculty, postdocs, and doctoral students will be presenting at NCSM and NCTM during the week of September 23

PRIME is excited to welcome first-year student Seth Ricarte to the mathematics education doctoral program.

Dr. Jenny Green and second-year math ed doctoral student, Maria Cruciani, from PRIME presented at theJoint Statistical Meetings (JSM) in Portland, Oregon in early August.  

Brady Tyburski will be defending his dissertation on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 2:00 pm on zoom.

Gail Burrill and Ishan Santra from the MSU Mathematics Education group will be traveling to Sydney, Australia in early July to present at ICME-15.

Maria Cruciani has been selected to receive a 2024 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship.

Maria Cruciani, first year mathematics education doctoral student, was awarded first place in oral presentations at the 16th Annual COGS GAC on March 9th.

MSU Math Ed is presenting at the Conversations among Colleagues Conference on March 16 at the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
